Is remote access safe?
You stay in control. You approve every connection, you can watch everything we do on screen, and you can end the session at any time with one click.
Do I need to install anything?
Just a small, free program we'll walk you through downloading. It's removed afterwards, or kept if you'd like us to help again quickly.
When can you connect?
Any time during business hours, and by appointment outside them. If we can't fix it remotely, we book a visit and you're not charged twice.
